No warranty

The Site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. The risk indicators, alerts, AI-generated briefs, country scores and embedded streams are presented for general information only.

Do not treat the Site as a substitute for primary intelligence sources, professional advice, or official safety guidance. Operational and life-safety decisions should always be checked against primary sources.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site to harass, defame, harm, defraud, or unlawfully target any person, group, or organisation.
  • Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Site’s infrastructure or other users’ traffic.
  • Do not scrape the Site at volumes that degrade availability for other users.
  • Do not republish risk scores or AI-generated summaries in a way that implies they originated from any government, intelligence service, or news organisation.

Intellectual property

The site design, brand, layout, original copy, country risk index, dashboard structure and AI prompts are property of WorldIntelligence. You may link to any page of the Site freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to “WorldIntelligence”.

Embedded third-party streams (news, webcams, satellite imagery) remain the property of their respective publishers. The Site embeds these in accordance with each publisher’s published embed policy and credits the source inline.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldIntelligence and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is operated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes
